Refund policy

Our replacement policy last 30 days from date of order.

We only exchange items ( replace items ) if they are defective or damaged.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be liable for return postage, and it should be sent tracked.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and dispatched.

As mentioned.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a replacement of the same item, please send us an email at info@michealharan.art and send your item to: Studio 107 Hanovia House, 30 Eastman Road, London W3 7YG, United Kingdom.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Studio 107 Hanovia House, 30 Eastman Road, London W3 7YG, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we agree that your item had been damaged or was defective you will then receive a replacement item free of charge and because the original item has been delivered damaged you will not be charged shipping costs for the replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it has been sent via a tracking service and that you supply us with a tracking number to info@michealharan.art

Please Note the following ...

As these are limited edition prints made on a print to order basis we do ask you that if you want to cancel your oder please cancel as quickly as possible as we cannot stop the printing process ( as it automatically commences printing new orders from midnight GMT UK Time each and every night ) and therefore we cannot avoid the printing costs, which are very expensive to make , that we incur. As we cannot stop the printing in time we don't like  to  have an order cancelled cancelled after midnight GMT because we do become liable for the printing costs once an order has been placed.

So we do ask kindly, please be sure before you place an order, these are museum grade quality prints which are of the highest standard.
