Our replacement policy lasts 15 days from date of order.

As these are print to order limited edition prints we do not accept requests for refunds once the item has been printed. Cancelation of the order can only occur in the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. This request to cancel must be sent in writing to so that we can stop the printing process and therefore avoid the printing costs that we incur. if we cannot stop the printing in time we cannot cancel the order.

We only exchange items (  replace items ) if they are defective or damaged.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and dispatched.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Studio 107 Hanovia House, 30 Eastman Road, London W3 7YG, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If  we agree that your item had been dmagaed or was defective you will then receive a replacement item and because the original item has been delivered damaged you will not be charged shipping costs for the replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it has been sent via a tracking service and that you supply us with a tracking number to
