I visited  Mexico and Tulum in Yucatan Penisula three times, in 1998, 1999 and January 2006. It was simply my favourite beach in the world. The first time I visited Yucatan Penisula it was in April 1998, it was crazy hot and I wanted to convey the beautiful sands of Tulum in the colours of the Mexican flag. The red fire sky conveys the revolution to be free.
